Identity Automation offers the RapidIdentity Mobile Application, a convenient solution for enhancing security during login processes for both work and personal apps.

The RapidIdentity Mobile Client allows organizations to utilize Push and Time-based One-Time Passcode (TOTP) authentication methods instead of passwords. It can also serve as a secondary verification step for logging into RapidIdentity and RapidIdentity SSO enabled applications. Notably, RapidIdentity TOTP functions offline without requiring a cellular or wifi connection.

Moreover, the RapidIdentity Mobile Client generates TOTP passcodes for RapidIdentity and other personal SaaS services and web applications that support mobile-generated passcodes. This feature enables users to consolidate their authentication tools into a single app. Notably, it supports all apps compatible with Google Authenticator, such as Gmail, LastPass, Evernote, Dropbox, Facebook, and many more.

The RapidIdentity Mobile App further enhances security by allowing users to lock specific passcodes behind a PIN or their phone's Touch ID. This ensures that even if the phone is stolen, the passcodes remain secure.

It is important to note that when implementing the RapidIdentity Mobile Client for authentication purposes, organizations must have RapidIdentity Server version 4.8.2 or later in order to receive notifications on their mobile devices.
